Okay, these savory dishes are made from garden vegetables, but I can’t claim them to be 100% healthy 100% of the time. I do enjoy delicious, ooey-gooey delectable and mouth-watering good recipes from time-to-time and these are it. Some are more healthy than others. They’re not ALL bad, but they are all SAVORY good.
We can splurge, right? And sometimes, these recipes were the only way I was able to convince my kids to eat their veggies. Whatever it takes! If I can cover zucchini with cheese and my children will consume it by the plateful, I guess I’ve won half the battle.
