Combining fresh strawberries and sweet balsamic glaze is DIVINE. A healthy way to do so is by adding strawberries to your salad, then drizzling them with glaze. However, it’s not the only way. Eating the combination over bagel crisps with a touch of cream cheese is AMAZING. Especially when confectioner’s sugar and vanilla extract are involved. Not too sweet, not sour–and totally kid-friendly! In fact, it’s one of the recipes kids will discover in the back of my latest children’s book: The Muddy Fingers Garden Crew to the Rescue!
