Healthy French Fries

Kids love healthy French fries and this recipe fits the bill. This is fresh wholesome goodness. The flavor of these healthy French fries comes from a blend of rosemary and seasonings. It adapts well to both sweet potatoes or white. Simply harvest, slice, season and bake. Easy!

Healthy French Fries

several potatoes, sliced lengthwise and to the thickness of your liking

olive oil

spices — rosemary/garlic is a GREAT combo choice for both sweets and regular fries

Preheat oven to 375°F.   Slice potatoes and lightly coat in olive oil.  An easy way to do this is by placing your oil and seasoned potatoes in a large plastic bag, sealing it closed and then pressing the fries around inside to thoroughly coat them.

Arrange on a cooking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 45 minutes.  If you like your fries crispy, bake longer.  For softer fries, bake for less time–you choose!  But either way, these will be the BEST fries you ever tasted, especially if you grew them yourself!

Enjoy!
