Rosemary and lemon are a classic combination when it comes to the kitchen, and it holds true for the bar. This light and refreshing cocktail is sure to please any palate.
Rosemary Lemon Vodka Spritzer
3 ounces vodka (2 shots)
1 lemon, freshly squeezed
1 ounce agave nectar (or simple syrup)
2 sprigs rosemary, chopped coarsely
10 ounces club soda or sparkling water
2 each rosemary sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, lemon juice, honey and chopped rosemary. Muddle ingredients to combine flavors, then cover and shake well until honey is thoroughly combined with vodka/lemon juice, about 45-60 seconds. Fill glasses two 8-ounce glasses with ice. Strain vodka mix into glasses, then discard rosemary. Garnish each drink with rosemary sprig and lemon slice. Enjoy!
